Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support.

Your main responsibilities will include leading and supervising a team of Carers and Senior Carers, working closely with Registered Nurses or Care Practitioners to ensure individual care plans are followed. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families.

A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum is on offer, along with a range of benefits including a £500 Golden Hello, free learning and development opportunities, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and unlimited access to our Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
