AJ Fox Compliance is a respected national law firm seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their team in Buckinghamshire.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling client complaints and liaising with the Legal Ombudsman or SRA where necessary
  • Maintaining the Lexcel Standard for quality management systems
  • Supporting the MLRO and COFA in implementing anti-money laundering policies
  • Developing risk management policies and procedures and conducting internal audits
  • Resolving conflicts and supporting the HR function
  • Delivering firm-wide training on regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Managing Professional Indemnity Insurance and overseeing the CDD process
  • Renewing practicing certificates and other accreditations

We are looking for an effective communicator with exceptional organisational skills who can work under pressure and manage changing priorities. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and IT skills are essential.
