About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized SPoC Administrator to join our busy Single Point of Contact service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinicians, answering telephone calls, processing email referrals, and working collaboratively with other healthcare agencies and professionals.

Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the SPoC Admin Team Lead, you will receive and process referrals following service criteria, provide clinical triage, and assist with administrative/secretarial support to the clinical triage staff. You will also be responsible for typing clinical correspondence using digital dictation systems and working flexibly to ensure cover for holidays and sickness.

Requirements

  • GCSE or O level equivalent including Maths and English grade C or above
  • NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent
  • IT experience in the use of computer software packages (Microsoft office)
  • RSA III or equivalent audio typing
