Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial operations of our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile quarterly VAT returns
  • Handle monthly payroll reports reconciliation
  • Reconcile intercompany balances
  • Produce accurate monthly Management Accounts
  • Support the year-end statutory audit process
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or part-qualified
  • Understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
