Your Role as Lead Kitchen Team Member
As a Lead Kitchen Team Member, you'll collaborate with our dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Our passionate culinary team takes pride in crafting delicious dishes that exceed expectations.
Based at the Mercure Brighton hotel, you'll be part of a supportive team who understands that achieving excellence doesn't require constant overtime.
