About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Downs Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Oversee deliveries and ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and contribute to the success of our business.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company targets and provide excellent customer service.
