Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently delivered to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Oversee deliveries and ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and improve kitchen performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company targets and objectives.
