About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join our Client Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with Financial Planners to arrange client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert administrative support, maintaining accurate records and efficient data entry.
  • Respond to client phone calls and direct inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to arrange and prepare for client meetings, building strong relationships.
  • Evaluate and maintain the accuracy of client records and data entry calculations, guaranteeing precision.
Requirements for Success:
  • A minimum of previous experience in the Financial Advisory sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of organisational operations and financial processes.
