**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics in Heathfield. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping primary-aged pupils with special educational needs (SEN) achieve their full potential.
**Responsibilities:
- Support children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help pupils build confidence and engage with their education, promoting a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their lives.
**Requirements:
You'll be an excellent communicator, patient, and understanding, with a passion for working with children who require additional support. Experience with SEN is desirable, but we're eager to hear from candidates who share our commitment to making a difference in the lives of these young people.
**What You Can Expect:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
