SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties in a nurturing educational environment.
You will assist teachers in planning, implementing, and monitoring pupil progress, as well as promoting good behaviour and attendance. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with SEMH needs and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement individualised learning plans to support pupils with special needs.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
