Coyle Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional care to young people aged 11-17 in our brand new Children's Home.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support for young people
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, families, and the wider community
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children's physical, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Encourage young people to develop healthy routines, habits, and hobbies through exposure to new activities
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's workforce (essential)
- Working towards a Level 5 qualification (ideally or open to starting a Level 5)
- 2 years of experience in Children's Residential, with 1 year as a Senior (essential)
- Good understanding of OFSTED regulations and excellent communication skills
- UK Manual Driving Licence (ideal)
