Position: Aviation Maintenance Specialist at Leonardo Helicopters

Leonardo Helicopters is on the lookout for an aviation technician who is passionate about extensive international travel to become part of our Field Service Division as an Aviation Maintenance Specialist. This position entails executing specific maintenance duties on client aircraft and aiding various maintenance activities.

  • Supporting the preparatory needs for CWP deployments
  • Recognizing further training requirements
  • Coordinating travel logistics
  • Overseeing assigned tasks in accordance with the 'Statement of Work'
  • Ensuring adherence to Company Operating System protocols
  • Responding to operational demands in the UK and abroad at short notice
  • Completing necessary medical evaluations for global travel fitness
  • Minimum qualification of Aeronautical Engineering Apprenticeship or Military Equivalent
  • Experience in an aviation-related environment with knowledge of aviation Engineering/Maintenance standards
  • Preferably possess leadership qualities and effective communication skills
  • Previous international work experience and computer proficiency are advantageous
