Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Assistant to join our team in Harlow. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
