About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team in Wimbledon. As a Site Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various site personnel, including carrying out general administration duties and maintaining accurate records.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. General administration duties including filing, typing, photocopying, minute taking, diary management, travel arrangements, meeting refreshments, and postal arrangements.
  2. Arranging project events and assisting with event organisation by head office.
  3. Working with the Principle Designer to produce site CDM Building Health & Safety Files and submitting to managing agents and tenants.
  4. Maintaining relevant trackers for plot files, Building Control, and Warranty information.
  5. Updating the site waste management plan on a quarterly basis.
  6. Monitoring software for timely sign off of the companies HQC system and permits system.
  7. Keeping accurate records and prompting team members to submit expenses and mileage returns.
  8. Preparing and dispatching sub-contract tender/contract documentation and drawings.
  9. Reporting accurate information to head office on a weekly/quarterly basis.
  10. Collating plot O&M manuals and distributing them.
  11. Maintaining plot files and records of High Quality Construction stage sign offs.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £37,250-£41,750 per annum based on industry standards and location.
