About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director of Engineering to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our coastal engineering team, you will play a vital role in shaping our projects and contributing to our mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and direct teams in the delivery of technical design work, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to relevant design standards and codes.
  2. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet key project milestones and programmes, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas.
  3. Develop and implement quality assurance standards in design, promoting technical excellence and best practice.
  4. Grow and develop coastal engineering capability within the practice, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest coastal engineering analysis and design techniques, applying this knowledge to deliver integrated design solutions.
  6. Promote technical excellence, sustainability, and digital innovation, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards.
