We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coastal Engineering leader to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our coastal engineering practice, you will play a vital role in shaping our projects and driving innovation in the field.

As a Coastal Engineering leader, you will be responsible for owning and directing teams who undertake technical design work, successfully managing time and budgets, and working closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Setting quality assurance standards in design.
  • Grow, develop and manage coastal engineering capability within the practice.
  • Promoting technical excellence, best practice, sustainability, net zero and digital innovation.
