Employee Relations Specialist Opportunity
Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their team in Taunton. This is a full-time contract opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.
The Job:
- Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support senior HR staff in conducting employee relations consultations and training.
