Job Title: HR Officer - Employee Relations Specialist
Job Summary: Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage employee relations aspects of HR, support managers, and provide advice and guidance on ER and HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload around all employee relations aspects of HR.
- Support managers in meetings surrounding performance review, absence, termination, investigation, disciplinary and recruitment.
- Support senior HR staff as well as management in conducting employee relations consultation and training.
- Provide advice, support and guidance to managers across the client base on a wide range of ER and HR matters.
- Undertake HR and OD policy and project work as and when required.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or professional qualification or experience.
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations operational HR role within a large organisation with a diverse workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and recognised best HR practice.
- Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues at all levels in an appropriate and concise manner, both orally and in writing.
