Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Officer to join their team in Taunton. This is a full-time contract opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £20.
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage a caseload of employee relations matters, provide advice and guidance to managers, and support senior HR staff in conducting employee relations consultations and training.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including performance reviews, absence, termination, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including complex cases and supporting at hearings and appeals.
- Support senior HR staff in conducting employee relations consultations and training, including policy development and project work.
- Undertake HR and OD policy and project work as required.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in an employee relations operational HR role within a large organization with a diverse workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and recognized best HR practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues at all levels.
