Lead Ruby Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Ruby Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Ruby-based applications, guiding technical discussions, and driving engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and software architecture of our Ruby-based applications
  • Guide technical discussions and ensure alignment between business, product, and engineering objectives
  • Drive engineering best practices and ensure high-quality code
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure clear communication and alignment

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience building products with Ruby/Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Ability to provide line management and hands-on technical leadership
  • Advocate of engineering best practices when it comes to development, security, and accessibility
