Job Description

Premier Talent is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy, focusing on social-first content creation for a rapidly growing brand in the hospitality industry.

This is a new role created to support the company's expansion, and the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping the brand's content vision.

Working closely with the senior marketing team, you will oversee a team of content creators, ensuring the alignment of content strategies with the company's business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Overseeing the creation of engaging content across various formats, including photography, social media, videos, infographics, and other digital media.
  • Measuring the performance of content and making data-driven decisions to improve future content.
  • Reporting on content performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborating with social media and email marketing teams to ensure cohesive content delivery across all platforms.

We are looking for a highly experienced Content Manager with a proven track record in:

  • Developing and implementing content strategies that drive business results.
  • Managing and leading teams of content creators.
  • Creating and managing content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and video.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to develop content that resonates with the target audience.
