About Academics: We are a dynamic educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality education and opportunities for personal growth.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + TLR (Teacher Leadership Responsibility) allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect and empathy among staff and students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum programs that meet the needs of all learners
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality education
  • Mentor and coach teachers to improve their practice and career development

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
  • Proven leadership experience in a teaching role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to inspire and motivate students and staff
  • Up-to-date knowledge of geographic education and best practices
