Job Specification:
Glasgow, Dumfries, and Dundee is home to a challenging yet rewarding role as Regional Service Delivery Manager. As part of the NWH Group, a second-generation family business committed to transforming waste into valuable products, you will play a crucial part in driving service excellence across Scotland and northern England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site Health & Safety compliance, enforcing company policies, and monitoring vehicle performance metrics. Additionally, they will lead change initiatives to enhance service delivery, manage site financial performance, and ensure adherence to transport legislation.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Class 2 or Class 1 licence, IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety training, and SAFED training and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing teams effectively.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £45,000–£50,000 per annum, complemented by a £500 monthly car allowance and an attractive manager bonus structure.
