We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism and associated complex learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full support with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, cooking, and household tasks.
- Support individuals with complex communication needs and use various communication tools to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals we support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- No care experience is necessary, but previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (not essential, but preferred).
