Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Holmes Care Group. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

• Lead the team and oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards.
• Create and carry out treatment plans, providing a safe, caring, and stable environment for our residents.
• Support the Service Manager in promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care, ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner.
• Guide, teach, and mentor other members of your team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. You will also need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude, with adequate knowledge, experience, and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
