Aseptic Technician – Filling, Lyophilization, Capping 3rd Shift

Zoetis, the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of animal pharmaceuticals, is seeking an Aseptic Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As an Aseptic Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures to ensure the highest quality products.
- Monitor processes and report any unusual circumstances or events to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with mechanical setup procedures in an aseptic environment to maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Use scientific measuring devices to establish and verify fill volumes, check specific gravity, and perform routine environmental monitoring.
- Learn and apply USDA and APHIS requirements to assembly operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document processes accurately and completely in accordance with SOPs and GMPs to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical skills and personal computer usage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
The Aseptic Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high noise levels, frequent exposure to heavy items, and exposure to cleaning agents/chemicals. The ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively is essential for success in this role.
