Facade Access Design Specialist

As a key member of the Inhabit Group team, we are seeking a highly skilled Facade Access Design Engineer to join our London office. This role will involve working closely with our clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality design solutions for facade access and maintenance consultancy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering, with experience in developing safe and effective solutions for facade access and maintenance. They will be able to work independently, with some supervision, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out design engineering for facade access and maintenance consultancy, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and edit calculations, drawings, and other documents, using analysis tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Advise on appropriate facade access engineering solutions for complex projects, both nationally and internationally.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structures), Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facade access design and reviewing of drawing submissions.
- Familiarity with relevant local codes and standards related to facade access.
- High proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
