Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Infrastructure Cost Planning Specialist to join our team at RADIUS. As a key member of our infrastructure projects team, you will be responsible for providing in-house quantity surveying services, including estimating, cost planning, tendering, and contract management. Your expertise will ensure accurate valuations, cost reporting, and final accounting.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced team on high-profile infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with external quantity surveyors and stakeholders to deliver best outcomes in commercial negotiations. Your ability to manage commercial elements of pre-contracting, cost planning, cash flow, and procurement will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-house quantity surveying services, including estimating, cost planning, tendering, and contract management
* Manage commercial elements of pre-contracting, cost planning, cash flow, and procurement
* Ensure accurate valuations, cost reporting, and final accounting
* Collaborate with external quantity surveyors and stakeholders to deliver best outcomes in commercial negotiations

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Information
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a base salary and performance-based bonuses.
