Job Title: Paediatric Complex Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Innovate Care Group. As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a young boy with complex needs, including non-verbal communication, tracheostomy care, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one care to a young boy with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the boy's needs
  • Work collaboratively with the boy's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the boy's healthcare team
  • Monitor the boy's condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a paediatric setting
  • Valid NMC PIN number
  • Ability to recognize deterioration in both psychological and physical health
  • Understanding of safeguarding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
