Mental Health Support Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting children with SEMH needs to succeed in specialist educational settings?
The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining a positive learning environment for pupils with additional SEMH needs across age groups. You must have prior experience supporting SEMH and challenging behaviour, be it within a classroom, through a Psychology degree or support work.
Key Responsibilities:- Adapt support to meet the individual needs of pupils.
- Support pupils' learning and social skills.
- Intervene in challenging situations.
- Deliver Phonics, Literacy and Numeracy interventions.
- Hold the necessary qualifications and training for this role.
