Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team at Kier Group.

Location: Lincoln

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Kier Group is a leading construction and infrastructure services company that delivers projects across various sectors, including water and waste management. Our Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Alliance is a key part of our business, focusing on water recycling solutions and clean water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of water recycling projects.
  • Work closely with the Resource Manager to manage direct labor and supply chain teams, ensuring compliance with scheme deliverables and water industry regulations.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, quality, and performance standards, ensuring all work meets required standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the water industry, particularly on clean water installations.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • Commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Full driving license.
