Job Title: Site Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Kier Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site relating to water recycling contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the safe and efficient delivery of site work, focusing on SHEQ, time, and cost.
- Deliver site activity using our directly employed workforce, supplemented by supply chain where appropriate.
- Work closely with the Resource Manager to manage direct labour and supply chain teams to ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with the scheme deliverables.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, quality, and performance standards, ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and Kier's approved standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in the water industry, particularly on Clean Water Installations.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
- Commercial and contractual awareness.
- Full driving licence.
