About the Role

As a Front Office Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. This includes handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional and efficient atmosphere.

About You

We're looking for an experienced and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language. Previous experience in a hotel environment is ideal, and experience with Hilton systems such as OnQ would be a bonus. You will be a team player, flexible, and punctual, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
