Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our Property Development Team at PureGym Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the architectural design of all allocated property development projects, covering both new and existing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing specialist technical input regarding building control, fire regulations, and technical standards.
  • Leading the architectural design process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Architect in property development or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including building control, fire regulations, and technical standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of project finance and budgeting.
