Examination Conduct Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Examination Conduct Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in High Wycombe. The role involves ensuring the fair and proper conduct of exams in an environment that enables students to perform at their best.
The ideal candidate will have good numeracy and literacy levels, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Computer literacy is also essential as you will be required to work with a computer on occasion.
This casual contract role offers flexibility and variable hours throughout the year. While the main examination period is May and June, we require invigilators to be available for mock exams in November and February/March. If you are punctual, reliable, and have a flexible approach to work, we encourage you to apply.
As an Examination Conduct Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- To ensure exams are conducted fairly and in accordance with examination board rules
- To maintain a conducive environment for students to perform at their best
- To be punctual and reliable for assigned duties
The estimated salary for this role is £25-£30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Previous experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. If you possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a flexible attitude towards work, we invite you to explore this opportunity further.
