    Job Title: English Literature Specialist


    We are seeking an experienced and skilled English Literature Specialist to join our team at Supply Desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.


    As an English Literature Specialist at our secondary school, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students in their exploration of English language and literature. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality teaching, and fostering a love of reading and learning in your students.

    Key Responsibilities


    The successful candidate will have:


        Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification to teach English in secondary education


        Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English language, literature, and communication skills


        Experience teaching English at the secondary level, preparing students for examinations, and fostering a high level of literacy


        Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment


        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
