Key Responsibilities:

• Support managers in all aspects of the recruitment process, from securing sign off for recruitment through to on-boarding

• Ensure that proper documentation is produced and records are kept

• Arrange contracts of employment, references and inductions for starters

• Maintain all manual and electronic HR records

• Identify and arrange any necessary training for employees

• Act as the first point of call for all HR queries

• Support all HR operational areas

• Support all HR transactional activities

• Payroll / Human Resources administration

• Provide assistance to the HR Manager

Requirements:

• Previous HR and Recruitment experience

• Excellent administrative and numerical skills

• Good attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to act on own initiative

• The capacity to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

• Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to achieve required results

• Full clean Driving Licence required
