We are seeking an experienced Bookings Administrator to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of patient waiting lists and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital's admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of patient waiting lists in accordance with NHS guidelines and hospital policies.
- Coordinate admissions and pre-operative assessment appointments with consultants, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure efficient use of resources and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support the hospital's administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration and customer service.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
