About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Bailie Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development opportunities for our Print Services division, with a focus on both Public and Private sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the Print Services market and a ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop winning Print service propositions and solutions that exceed client expectations and deliver measurable business improvement.

The role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the Print Services division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop winning Print service propositions and solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business development initiatives and projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years business development experience, preferably in the Print Services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the Print Services market.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
