About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and observe, record, and report any changes in service users.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
