Essential Qualifications for the Team Leader (Residential Care) Position:
  • Training in dementia care (preferred)
  • Pursuing or holding NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in health & social care
  • Experience in organizing and conducting training sessions, leading meetings (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with risk assessments, care planning, and reviews

  • Meeting and maintaining the minimum standards set by CQC while fostering a professional relationship with them.
  • Ensuring continuous personal development and compliance with mandatory training.
  • Setting and upholding the highest standards of care within the service.
  • Providing support and mentorship to your team of care staff, guiding them towards achieving positive outcomes for residents.
