About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users with neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
- Support and mentor colleagues to promote good teamwork and a positive working environment.
- Record and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
