Business Development Manager

- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement partner performance strategies, analyzing impact on KPIs and optimizing results.
- Idea Generation: Design and execute promotions and campaigns to increase customer satisfaction and interaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor channel performance and budgets, making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
- Affiliate Management: Manage day-to-day performance of largest Affiliates (T1s), ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Experimentation: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels to improve performance against business KPIs.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting findings, results and recommendations on campaign strategies, target groups and creative efficiency.
- Creative Coordination: Coordinate creative assets and landing pages requests, reporting back performance insights to creative studio and brand marketing team.
- Problem Solving: Promptly identify and address performance drops, implementing corrective measures to maintain optimal results.
- Project Implementation: Lead the roll out and implementation of Affiliate projects related to technical specialism.
- Industry Experience: Significant hands-on and strategic online sports and gaming experience is essential for success in this role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytic and qualitative skills with ability to analyze and use data efficiently are crucial.
- Software Proficiency: High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice is necessary.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
