About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, some Deputyships, and Estate Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with a variety of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, and some Deputyship work.
  • Work closely with our established team to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting private client matters.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years PQE in dealing with all aspects of private client matters.
  • Strong track record of dealing with a variety of private client matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Up to circa £60,000 dependent on experience, plus company pension and onsite parking.
