Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and probate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration
  • Assisting on more complex matters and supervising the private client department
  • Providing technical knowledge and expertise to clients and colleagues
  • Working under pressure to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in handling private client matters
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in private client law
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work
