Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Location: Leicestershire

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

The appointed Private Client Lawyer will be responsible for advising across a range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and Trusts
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Estate Administration and probate matters

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle your own caseload of matters and assist on more complex cases. You will also be expected to supervise and assist in the development of the private client department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in handling private client matters
  • A strong technical knowledge of private client law
  • Confidence in working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience in advising on wills, trusts, Court of Protection matters, and probate related matters
