We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Weymouth Seafront Premier Inn. As the face of our hotel, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide guests with accurate information.
