We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist role at our Weymouth Seafront Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with ease.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Process payments, handle guest queries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
