We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist role at our Weymouth Seafront Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Manage the front desk, handling guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
