Area to be covered: East Midlands and East Anglia

Remuneration: £45,000-£50,000 neg. + £5,000-£10,000 Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Window and Door Multi-Point Locking Systems will involve:

  • Field sales position selling high-end manufactured range of multi-point locking systems for windows and doors
  • Focusing on selling into and managing relationships with window and door fabricators of composite, aluminium, PVC, composite fire doors, and timber fire doors
  • Inheriting an established customer base, responsible for £2.5m-£3m revenue, and expected to manage the distribution network efficiently
  • Tasked with recruiting a minimum of three new commercial accounts per annum, each contributing a minimum of £50,000

About the Role: As an Area Sales Manager – Window and Door Multi-Point Locking Systems, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the fenestration industry. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the fenestration industry, excellent sales and customer management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
